1. About This Service

AVEROlux is an online construction materials sales platform operated by PT DERISSA LAS KONSTRUKSI ("we", "us", "AVEROlux"). We sell ready-to-use building materials (steel bars, light steel, cement, etc.) as well as custom fabricated products such as canopies and wrought-iron fences made to your order's size/specifications.

By accessing, registering, or making any transaction on this site, you ("User") are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entire content of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with part or all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

To place an order, you must have an account registered through one of the following methods:

• Sign up with Google (Sign in with Google), or
• Manual sign-up with email & password — the email must be verified via a 6-digit OTP code sent to that address before the account becomes active.

You warrant that the data you register (name, email, WhatsApp number) is true, accurate, and belongs to you. One email address may only be used for one account.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all transaction activity that occurs through that account. Contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Products, Pricing & Stock Availability

We sell two types of products with different characteristics:

• Ready-to-ship materials (steel bars, steel walls, light steel, cement, etc.) — shipped according to stock available in the system.
• Custom fabricated products (canopies, wrought-iron fences, and similar) — made/welded according to the size and specification agreed at the time of order, so production time may be longer than ready-to-ship materials.

All prices on this site are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices for areas served by our own fleet (see Article 6) already include shipping; other areas are subject to additional shipping terms as described in Article 6.

Prices and stock availability are shown in real time but may change at any time without prior notice — for example due to supplier price changes, or two buyers ordering limited stock at nearly the same time. If a stock discrepancy occurs after an order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to offer a solution (replacement, quantity adjustment, or cancellation with a full refund).

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed by adding products to the Cart, then filling in complete and accurate shipping details on the Checkout page (name, email, WhatsApp number, address, city, and postal code).

An order is NOT considered final and binding until one of the following conditions is met:

• Payment via the payment gateway (Xendit) has been automatically confirmed successful by the system; or
• For manual bank transfer payments, our admin has verified the proof of transfer and changed the order status to "Paid".

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order if: shipping data is invalid/incomplete/suspicious, there are indications of fraud or misuse of a payment method, the ordered product turns out to be out of stock, or the shipping address is outside our service area and no alternative delivery arrangement is agreed upon.

5. Payment

Available payment methods may include:

• Xendit payment gateway (Credit/Debit Card, Virtual Account, or QRIS) — card data is processed directly by Xendit, we never store your card data.
• Manual bank transfer — confirmed by clicking the "I Have Transferred" button on the order detail page, then manually verified by an admin (typically within minutes to a few hours during our business hours).

Every order has a payment deadline (the validity period of the Virtual Account/payment instructions). If payment is not received by that deadline, the order is automatically cancelled and the stock is released again.

6. Shipping & Service Area

We operate two shipping schemes:

• AVEROlux's own fleet/trucks — for the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) and West Java areas. Shipping for this area is already included in the product price (free shipping), and the delivery schedule is confirmed by an admin via WhatsApp after payment is received.
• Third-party courier/freight — for areas outside our own fleet's reach (nationwide Indonesia). For this scheme, shipping cost and estimated arrival time follow the rates of the chosen courier, and will be informed/agreed upon by our team via WhatsApp before the order is processed.

Delivery delays caused by conditions reasonably beyond our control — such as extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, courier disruptions, or government policy (force majeure) — are not our responsibility, though we will still make an effort to keep you informed of the latest developments.

For deliveries using a third-party courier, we recommend you check the condition of the packaging/goods in front of the courier before signing the receipt, as this will make claims easier if damage occurs during shipping (see the Refunds & Warranty Policy).

7. Order Cancellation

Buyers may request order cancellation free of charge AS LONG AS the order status is still "Awaiting Payment" or has just become "Paid" but has not yet moved to "Processing" status. Cancellation requests are made via WhatsApp, including the order code.

Once an order is "Processing" — especially for custom fabricated products whose raw materials have already begun to be cut/worked — unilateral cancellation by the buyer can no longer be fully accommodated. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and may charge a fee based on work progress/materials already used.

Automatic system cancellation: if payment is not completed by the Virtual Account/payment instruction deadline, the system automatically changes the order status to "Cancelled" and sends a notification email to the buyer. Since funds were never received in this case, no refund process is required.

Cancellation by us: if a stock shortage occurs after an order is placed (e.g. two buyers ordering limited stock at nearly the same time), we will contact you via WhatsApp to offer a solution such as product replacement, quantity adjustment, or order cancellation with a full refund — see the refund mechanism in Article 8 of the Refunds & Warranty Policy.

8. Returns, Warranty & Complaints

Terms regarding returns, replacements, refunds, and warranties for fabricated products are specifically and more thoroughly set out on the Refunds & Warranty Policy page, which forms an integral and inseparable part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, brand names, product photos, site design, and written content on this site belong to PT DERISSA LAS KONSTRUKSI or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Copying, reproducing, or using our content for another party's commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, or loss of profit arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to installation errors made by a third party (workers/contractors) who are not part of AVEROlux's official team.

Our liability for any order is, under any circumstances, limited to a maximum of the transaction value of that order.

11. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using this site to:

• Carry out fictitious transactions, fraud, or misuse someone else's payment method without authorization.
• Attempt to access, hack, or disrupt our systems, databases, or servers in any way.
• Scrape product or price data automatically/in bulk for another party's commercial purposes.
• Register an account using another person's identity or email address without their lawful consent.

Violation of this prohibition may result in a permanent account block without prior notice.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from the use of this service will first be resolved amicably through deliberation between you and us.

If deliberation fails to reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) or the competent District Court having jurisdiction over PT DERISSA LAS KONSTRUKSI's legal domicile.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update, change, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time as needed for business reasons or changes in applicable regulations. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. We recommend you check this page periodically.
